It combines CAD-based measurements with advanced 2D–3D data fusion, enabling 100% in-line inspection of pin position and height against design specifications.
Our solution overcomes limitations of traditional 2D (no depth context) and 3D-only (limited lateral resolution) methods, providing robust performance across diverse connector geometries and production conditions.
